个人简介

男,1960年出生,博士,教授。1978-1979年就读中国科学技术大学生物系,1983年获美国费城Temple大学生物学与生物化学学士学位,1988年获美国麻省理工学院生物学博士学位。1988-1990年在美国加州理工学院从事博士后研究,1990至1998年在美国冷泉港实验室以独立PI从事植物分子遗传学与发育生物学研究工作,1998-2008年任美国宾州州立大学副教授/教授,进行植物生殖发育、比较基因组学、和分子进化生物学等研究工作,2008年7月任复旦大学生命科学学院教授/院长。2008年12月担任首任复旦大学植物科学研究所所长,2012年担任遗传工程国家重点实验室主任。

 

主要研究方向 (Research Interests)

用分子遗传学、基因组学和进化生物学、和生物信息学等手段, 研究花发育分子机理及进化、雄性育性的分子调控、减数分裂基因功能、 基因家族进化及其和功能、基因复制及物种进化的关系。

 

获奖情况 (Awards)

曾获杰出青年奖(B类)[Outstanding Youth Award (B)],王宽诚奖 (Wong Kwancheng Award); 2009年入选首批中组部“千人计划”。

Faculty Scholars Medal in Life and Health Sciences ,NIH Senior Fellowship ,The John Simon Guggenheim Memorial Foundation Fellowship ,AAAS Fellow等。
