个人简介

男,1977年出生,博士,研究员。1995-1999年就读浙江大学生命科学学院,2006年获浙江大学生物信息学专业博士学位。2004-2006,爱荷华州立大学,访问学生;2010-2011年为范德堡大学医学中心访问学者。2006年至今任复旦大学助研/副教授/研究员,主要从事进化系统生物学的研究工作。

Ph. D. in Bioinformatics from Zhejiang University in 2006; Visiting Student (2004-2006), Iowa State University; Research Assistant (2006) / Associate Professor (2009) / Professor (2014) at School of Life Sciences, Fudan University; Visiting Scholar (2010-2011) at Vanderbilt University Medical Center.

 

主要研究方向 (Research Interests)

研究目标是整合各种脊椎动物基因组序列、功能基因组学及表观遗传学实验数据,研究脊椎动物基因组进化,以及与之相关的表型进化。利用基因组学,进化生物学和生物信息学等手段,研究癌症等复杂因素疾病的潜在进化生物学机制。

Integrating the miscellaneous vertebrate genome sequences, functional genomics and epigenomics data, to study the evolution of vertebrate genomes, as well as the evolution of morphological characters. Using genomics, molecular evolution, bioinformatics and other approaches to study the potential evolutionary mechanisms underlying complex diseases, such as cancer, heart diseases.
