个人简介

女,博士,博士生导师,生命科学学院人类遗传学与人类学系系主任,皮肤表型组学研究联合实验室共同主任,复旦大学风湿免疫过敏性疾病研究中心副主任;中国医学科学院皮肤及皮肤病群体遗传学和防控新技术研究创新单元共同主任;上海人类学学会副会长,上海市遗传学会秘书长;硬皮病临床与研究国际协作网(InSCAR)副理事长。1988及1991年分获复旦大学生物系学士及硕士学位,1999年获日本福井大学生物应用化学专业博士学位。2007-2008年于美国德克萨斯大学休斯顿健康科学中心访问研究。1991-1994年任复旦大学生命科学学院助教、讲师。2000起任复旦大学生命科学学院讲师、副教授、教授。先后承担国家国际科技合作专项、国家自然科学基金重点及面上、中国医学科学院创新单元、上海市级重大专项示范课题、NIH-U01(地区PI)等项目。在包括 Blood、Ann Rheum Dis、Microbiome、JID等杂志发表论文两百余篇。任Laboratory InvestigationJournal of Scleroderma and Related Disorders等杂志编委。

Research scholar at the University of Texas Health science Center at Houston from 2007-2008. Assistant Professor at Fudan University from 1991-1994. Assistant/Associate Professor/Professor at the School of Life Sciences, Fudan University since 2000. Led one program of International S & T Cooperation, and NSFC Projects. As a Site PI, led the Chinese effort in one NIH-U01 project entitled “Studies of HLA Region Genomics in Systemic Sclerosis and Ankylosing Spondylitis”. Serves as an Editorial Board Member for Laboratory Investigation, Journal of Scleroderma and Related Disorders, and Photodermatology, Photoimmunology & Photomedicine. Published more than 200 papers in peer-reviewed journals.

硬皮病、强直性脊柱炎等风湿免疫性疾病的遗传学及分子致病机理研究;皮肤微生态等皮肤表型组学研究。Works on the genetics and molecular mechanism of scleroderma and ankylosing spondylitis, skin phenome including skin microbiome.
