个人简介

男,博士,蛋白质组学PI,博士生导师。1998年获北京师范大学生物化学学士学位,2001年获北京师范大学生物化学硕士学位。20012004年北京华大基因研究中心工作。2004-2008在丹麦南丹麦大学获蛋白质组学和生物质谱学博士学位。2008-2010在丹麦南丹麦大学从事博士后工作,2010-2012年在丹麦奥胡斯大学从事博士后工作。2013年受聘复旦大学生命科学学院副研究员,独立PI

 

主要研究方向 (Research Interests)

1. 基于生物质谱学的蛋白质组学和代谢组学相关的方法学研究。主要包括蛋白质组学的样品制备,蛋白质修饰组学,高通量定量方法,末端蛋白质组学和全蛋白质组深度覆盖研究。

2. 利用模式生物秀丽隐杆线虫研究环境因素对衰老的影响
