个人简介
植物表观遗传学,研究染色质重塑因子(chromatin remodeling factors)和组蛋白分子伴侣(histone chaperones)在DNA复制、基因转录和DNA损伤修复等过程中调控染色质结构的分子机制,揭示染色质折叠和动态调控影响细胞生理代谢的表观遗传学机制。
