个人简介

1978年生,湖北鄂州人。2009年博士毕业于复旦大学。 2009年至2014年,于美国威斯康辛大学麦迪逊分校做博士后和助理研究员。2014年被复旦大学生命科学学院聘为教授、博士生导师,入选上海市“东方学者”特聘教授。现任中国细胞生物学会衰老细胞生物学分会委员,中国老年学和老年医学学会抗衰老分会委员,上海市生化与分子生物学协会理事。

 

主要研究方向 (Research Interests)

长期从事衰老疾病的分子机制的研究。运用生物化学、细胞生物学、蛋白组学等研究手段,在细胞和小鼠整体水平探索代谢通路的调控对神经退行性疾病、糖尿病和肿瘤等疾病的影响,揭示了去乙酰化酶sirtuins家族是调控衰老相关疾病的一条重要的通路。 现主持国家自然科学基金重大研究计划“培育项目”和面上项目。 以第一或通讯作者共发表研究论文十余篇,包括 Cell、Molecular Cell、Nature Communications、 PNAS、Cell Reports、Oncogene、JBC等,被引用超过2000 次。
