个人简介

男,1980年出生,博士,研究员,博士生导师。1999-2006年就读安徽大学生命科学学院,2003、2006分别获得生物技术专业学士学位和生化分子生物学专业硕士学位,2008-2011年就读复旦大学遗传学专业并获博士学位,2011-2013在美国约翰霍普金斯大学从事博士后研究,2013年9月作为人才引进回复旦大学工作,先后被聘为青年副研究员、副研究员、研究员。

Bachelor degree in Biology technology in 2003, and Master degree in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology in 2006 from Anhui University. Ph.D. in Genetics from the Fudan University in 2011. Post-doctoral fellow at Johns Hopkins University from 2011 to 2013. Then work at Fudan University since 2013.

 

主要研究方向 (Research Interests)

从遗传和代谢的角度研究人类重大出生缺陷(先天性心脏病、神经管畸形)和肿瘤的发病机制,发展新型的干预策略。目前主持863青年科学家专题和多项国家自然基金面上项目,作为骨干参与基金委创新群体基金和国家973项目。

Using molecular genetics, biochemistry, metabonomics approaches to study the genetic and metabolic basis of human birth defects and cancers.
