个人简介

2009年获加拿大多伦多大学理学博士学位。然后在美国哈佛大学医学院贝斯以色列女执事医学中心(HMS and BIDMC)和美国德克萨斯大学西南医学中心(UTSW)从事博士后研究,2014年任美国德克萨斯大学西南医学中心讲师。 2017年至今任复旦大学生命科学院教授,遗传工程国家重点实验室PI。主要研究大脑在调节能量代谢和糖代谢中的重要作用。

 

主要研究方向 (Research Interests)

采用组织特异性过表达或者敲除动物模型为研究对象, 结合电生理学和光遗传学来研究肥胖,糖尿病及其相关代谢综合症的病理机制。着眼于将基础研究中的新发现转化为新颖的药理和临床干预疾病的研究。主要课题包括羟色胺2C受体调节摄食行为,中枢神经黑皮质素4受体(MC4Rs)途径在调节能量代谢和糖代谢中的作用,下丘脑神经树突棘形成和摄食行为的关系。已经在Cell, Cell Metabolism, Neuron (封面和推荐文章), Nature Neuroscience等杂志发表40多篇文章。
