研究方向

肿瘤发生发展和转移的机理研究。以肿瘤细胞、模式动物和临床样本为模型,研究DNA损伤修复,信号转导和翻译后修饰(磷酸化和腺苷二磷酸核糖化)等在肿瘤(肝癌、肺癌)发生发展和复发转移中的功能及分子机制,为肿瘤诊疗提供重要生物学标志物和分子靶标。


个人简介

2006年博士毕业于复旦大学,随后赴美国密歇根大学从事博士后研究。2012年回国,任复旦大学生命科学学院研究员,博士生导师。获得教育部自然科学二等奖(第3完成人,2020)和复星医药奖。主持或参与国家重大科技专项课题和重点研发项目,以及基金委面上项目。
