个人简介

李霖锋,男,198211月生,博士,教授。20107月毕业于中山大学,获得植物学博士学位。2010.07-2011.12,东北师范大学,讲师;2012.01-2014.07, 东北师范大学 ,副教授(破格晋升);2014.07-2017.07,圣路易斯华盛顿大学,研究科学家(Research Scientist );2017.09-现在,复旦大学,教授,博士生导师。


研究方向

从事杂草稻(Oryza sativa f. spontanea)的适应性进化与人参属(Panax)的多倍化研究。近年来主要通过高通量测序等技术从全基因组的水平探讨物种在多倍化与适应性进化过程中适应性性状形成的分子机理。目前已主持国家自然科学基金3项,已发表SCI论文28篇,包括Nature Genetics, New Phytologist, Molecular Plant, Genome Biology and Evolution等杂志。受邀为Genome Research, Molecular Biology and EvolutionMolecular Plant等杂志审稿。
