个人简介:
焦娜,青年研究员,博士生导师。2014年毕业于吉林大学获得工学学士学位,2019年在同济大学获得生物学博士(生物信息学方向),2019-2021年在中山大学附属第六医院进行博士后研究。2021-2023年在浙江大学医学院附属儿童医院国家儿童健康与疾病临床医学研究中心任特聘研究员,2024年1月入职复旦大学生科院微生物学与免疫学系,任青年研究员。研究聚焦于微生物与宿主互作、微生物资源挖掘和微生物组学分析方法及平台开发。近年来围绕微生物与慢病防治、微生物-宿主互作在Nature Microbiology、Nature Communications、Cell Reports Medicine、Gut和Gut Microbes等期刊上发表了多篇研究论文,4篇为ESI高被引论文,受邀在Nature Medicine发表评述。入选博士后创新人才支持计划和获得国家自然科学基金青年科学基金项目资助和面上资助。

Personal Introduction:
Na Jiao, PI of Microbiome Systems Biology research group, doctoral supervisor. She graduated from Jilin University in 2014 with a Bachelor of Engineering degree and earned a Ph.D. in Biology (Bioinformatics) from Tongji University in 2019. She conducted postdoctoral research at the Sixth Affiliated Hospital of Sun Yat-sen University from 2019 to 2021. From 2021 to 2023, she served as a distinguished researcher at the National Clinical Research Center for Child Health and Diseases, Children's Hospital, Zhejiang University School of Medicine. In January 2024, she joined the Department of Microbiology and Immunology at Fudan University as a young researcher. Her research focuses on interactions between microbiota and hosts, exploration and mining of microbiome, and advancement and development of metagenomic analysis techniques and platforms. In recent years, she has published multiple research papers on microbes and chronic disease prevention, as well as microbe-host interactions, in journals such as Nature Microbiology, Nature Communications, Cell Reports Medicine, Gut, and Gut Microbes. Four of these papers are highly cited according to the Essential Science Indicators (ESI), and she was invited to contribute a news & views in Nature Medicine on research strategies for investigating microbiome-disease associations. Additionally, she has been selected for the Postdoctoral Innovative Talent Support Program and have received funding from the National Natural Science Foundation of China's Young Scientists Fund and General Program.
