个人简介

男,1973年出生,博士,教授。在北京大学化学系获学士学位,在韩国科学技术院生物科学系获博士学位。2005年开始在复旦大学生命科学学院当讲师和副教授,2011年晋升为教授。国外SCI杂志PLoS ONEJournal of Microbiology的编委,Frontiers in Microbiology的审稿编委;中国微生物学会教学工作委员会委员;国家自然科学基金委重大研究项目“水圈微生物驱动地球元素循环的机制”专家组学术秘书。


研究方向

研究全程硝化菌(comammox)的生理生化特点以及其在生态系统中的作用;

深海微生物资源的挖掘;

人体皮肤微生物组研究;

开发新方法去追寻被“遗漏”的微生物。
