我们以拟南芥和大豆为研究对象,探索不同种类的非编码RNA,尤其是套索RNA、转座子RNA和小RNA,如何产生、如何发挥作用以及在植物生殖发育中发挥何种作用。我们最新的研究成果解析了内含子套索RNA降解的关键机制,发现了套索RNA降解通过阻止重要发育与免疫基因上爆发小RNA,进而确保植物正常发育与防御。相关工作开辟了套索RNA代谢和功能研究的新方向。在Science, Molecular Cell、Developmental Cell、Plant Cell、PNAS、Nature Communications等期刊以通讯作者身份发表30余篇研究论文。
教育工作经历:先后在华中师范大学、中科院遗传与发育生物学研究所、美国加州大学河滨分校和伯克利分校完成学士、硕士、博士和博士后学习。2012年入职复旦大学生科院,组建植物RNA生物学实验室。
