研究方向

利用生物化学、药物化学、分子药理学等手段,进行疾病发生的分子机制研究及相关药物的研发。重点研究:IDO(吲哚胺-2,3双加氧酶)催化的色氨酸代谢通路失调与疾病的关系,筛选发现干预IDO及相应的信号传导的抑制剂;Drug Transporter (药物转运蛋白) 在药物代谢中的功能及其表达、定位的调控机制研究。


个人简介

杨青,女,博士,复旦大学生命科学学院教授。中国药理学会抗炎免疫药理专业委员会委员,上海市药学会理事,上海市药学会生化药物专业委员会副主任委员。上海市浦江人才。

2000年毕业于北海道大学生物有机化学专业,获博士学位。20012003年于北海道大学和岐阜大学进行博士后研究,2004-2006年任东京大学药学部JSPS外国人研究员。2006年回国,先后任复旦大学药学院、生命科学学院副教授,2011年任博士生导师,2012年任教授。先后主持“重大慢性非传染性疾病防控研究专项” 科技重大专项课题,“重大新药创制”科技重大专项课题,国家自然科学基金面上项目,上海市浦江人才计划,上海市生物医药重点课题,教育部博导基金,教育部留学回国人员基金等课题。

先后获得中国药学会科学技术奖(2017年,三等;2012年,三等)、上海药学科技奖(2016年,一等;2011年度,三等)、复星医药奖教金(2011年、2012年)、陆宗霖奖教金(2017年)、中国侨界贡献奖(创新人才,2016年)、2016中国科学年度新闻人物候选人、中国技术市场协会金桥奖(2020年,项目二等)。
