研究方向：
鸟类生态学。聚焦于栖息地生态学、迁徙生态学和保护生物学，从个体、种群和群落等层次研究环境变化对鸟类的影响以及鸟类对人类活动的响应。
个人简介：
1998年于中国科学院生态环境研究中心获得博士学位，1998-2002年在北京师范大学和复旦大学从事博士后研究，2002年至今在复旦大学生命科学学院任教。主要学术兼职包括：中国动物学会理事，中国动物学会鸟类学分会副主任委员，中国生态学会动物生态专业委员会副主任委员，担任Ibis、Journal of Avian Biology、Avian Research等刊物的副主编/编委。主持国家自然科学基金重点、面上项目等科研项目20余项，发表SCI收录论文80余篇，Hindex=31。曾入选上海市青年科技启明星计划。
