个人简介

男,198311月出生,博士,青年副研究员。2001-2005年就读山东大学药学院,2006-2013年在英国伯明翰大学生命科学学院做研究生,2008年获理学硕士学位,2013年获计算生物学博士学位。20135月到复旦大学生命科学学院任教,先后任师资博士后、青年副研究员。自2013年起负责承担了国家自然科学基金、卫健委、教育部专项及复旦大学校级课题共8项,并以课题骨干参与一项国家科技部‘973’项目,两项国家重大研发计划项目;已发表SCI论文20余篇。


主要研究方向

围绕微阵列芯片、二代或三代高通量‘组学’测序数据的处理、整合和信息挖掘的分析和方法学研究;已成功开发出具有独立自主知识产权的简化基因组测序及分析平台、原发性免疫缺陷疾病PANEL检测分析平台、肿瘤新生抗原分析预测算法平台。上述分析检测技术平台已经在华山医院和上海市公共卫生临床中心等医院广泛应用于临床和科研。
