研究方向:

1)多组学驱动的药物基因组与表型组研究:发现“药物”个性化反应标志物与“患者”亚型特异性治疗靶点,阐明药物个性化反应和疾病异质性的分子遗传学基础。

个人简介:

复旦大学生命科学学院副教授、博士生导师,兼任国际组学大数据质量控制学会(MAQC)中国分会主席、全国生物表型标准化工作组委员兼副秘书长、全国生物计量技术委员会协调工作组成员、中国生物物理学会表型组学分会委员等。

累计发表SCI论文70余篇,SCI他引3400余次,h指数28,其中包括以通讯作者发表Nature BiotechnologyGenome BiologyNature Cancer等论文多篇。共同主编《大数据与精准医学》一书。

2009年博士毕业于中国药科大学。20097-20162月在复旦大学药学院担任讲师,20162月加入复旦大学生命科学学院人类遗传学与人类学系,20172月晋升副教授。


Dr. Yuanting Zheng is an associate professor at the School of Life Sciences of Fudan University. She is the president of the China chapter of the international Massive Analysis and Quality Control (MAQC) Society. Her research focuses on reference materials for multiomics quality control, aiming to empower multiomics for discovery of biomarker and therapeutic targets. She has published over 60 peer-reviewed papers in genomics and clinical pharmacology, such as Nature Biotechnology, Genome Biology, and Nature Cancer.

Dr. Yuanting Zheng received her PhD in clinical pharmacology from China Pharmaceutical University (2019), and worked in School of Pharmacology (2019-2016) and School of Life Sciences (2016-now) of Fudan University.
