研究方向
1) 腺相关病毒及其载体的基础生物学研究:以腺相关病毒为研究对象,致力于探索外壳蛋白改造优化、载体质量控制和免疫应答等病毒生物学的基本问题。
2) rAAV载体基因表达的精准诱导:发现系列铁离子响应顺式元件及作用方式,揭示铁离子通过rAAV载体基因3’端铁响应元件调控转录和翻译的新机制。
3) 中西医结合基因治疗:深入挖掘中医药理论与经验,构建涵盖肝病全周期的中西医结合干预策略,揭示缺氧、缺铁是肝癌转移重要驱动因素,开创健脾活血中药协同基因治疗新路径。
个人简介
2007年,本科毕业于复旦大学生命科学学院。2011年,博士毕业于佛罗里达大学医学遗传学后留校历任博士后、助理教授、副教授。2016年起担任复旦大学研究员。从事遗传疾病与肿瘤基因治疗、病毒学等研究工作。担任《Molecular Therapy Nucleic Acids》,《Frontiers In Pharmacology》等杂志副主编。曾获得2016年上海市扬帆计划奖励、2016年上海市高校东方学者特聘教授,并在2020年成功续聘东方学者跟踪计划。主持国自然基金委项目3项,上海市重点研发专项1项,参与科技部国家重点研发计划3项。作为第一或通讯作者发表SCI论文40余篇。
