研究方向:

本课题组以斑马鱼和小鼠为主要研究模型,聚焦于心脏与脑血管系统的再生研究。我们综合运用单细胞测序、谱系示踪、类器官模型及多组学分析等前沿技术,系统解析组织再生的细胞与分子机制及其药物开发。课题组致力于在基础研究与临床转化之间搭建桥梁,为心血管和脑血管相关疾病的治疗提供新的理论依据与创新路径。

 

Our group employs zebrafish and mouse models to investigate the cardiac and cerebrovascular systems. By integrating single-cell sequencing, lineage tracing, organoid models, and multi-omics approaches, we aim to elucidate the cellular and molecular mechanisms underlying regeneration and facilitate drug development. Our goal is to bridge basic research and clinical application, laying the foundation for innovative therapies targeting cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases.

 

个人简介:

孙继晟,男,青年研究员,博士生导师,2010年于华东师范大学获得生物科学专业学士,2017年于中科院生物化学与细胞生物学研究所获得生物化学与分子生物学博士学位,2017-2023年于Emory University医学院从事博士后研究,2023-2025年于Emory University医学院担任Instructor20258月加入复旦大学生命科学学院,入选上海市人才项目。以第一作者在Circulation, Nature Communications, Cardiovascular Research, Cell ReportsDevelopmental Biology等国际期刊发表多篇论文。

Dr. Jisheng Sun earned his bachelor’s degree in biology from East China Normal University in 2010. He received his Ph.D. in 2017 from the Shanghai Institute of Biochemistry and Cell Biology, Chinese Academy of Sciences, under the mentorship of Dr. Anning Lin. Dr. Sun then joined the Emory University School of Medicine as a postdoctoral fellow in Dr. Jinhu Wang’s lab and was subsequently appointed as an Instructor. In August 2025, he joined the School of Life Sciences at Fudan University to establish his laboratory. Dr. Sun’s research has been published as first author in leading journals, including Circulation, Nature Communications, Cardiovascular Research, Cell Reports, and Developmental Biology.
