沃森项目还是继续实行“一带一，一带二”政策（每位注册老师（PI, Professor, or Staff Scientist，不包括Invited Speaker）/博士后 (Academic Package）可携带2名旁听学生；每位注册学生（Student Package）,可携带1名旁听学生。但较往年做了一些调整。
2016年沃森项目将有如下调整：
1、符合条件的旁听生需缴纳报名手续费（180元/位）。
2、不再设定报名截止期
3、每场会议限定名额（70个）
学生如果想通过沃森项目旁听会议，需自行提交信息，不再通过学院报名。具体流程如下：
符合条件的学生需按照以下流程获取旁听会议资格：
1. 进入有赞--冷泉港亚洲唯一官方商家，选择所要参加会议，购买旁听生资格。
2.拍下商品前，需填写完整的个人信息（姓名，学校，性别，邮箱，手机号码，携带旁听生的注册人姓名。）
3.冷泉港亚洲工作人员核对买家信息，无误后发放旁听生资格。
4.获得旁听资格的学生收到确认信息
5.会议开始当天到现场凭学生证领取名牌
购买旁听资格需通过扫以下二维码进入，完成注册并付款，我们会核对信息，无误后冷泉港亚洲会以邮件形式通知到学生。
