复旦大学生命科学学院周旭辉研究员课题组诚聘博士后。本实验室的研究方向为全球变化生态学和生态系统生态学，主要通过野外控制试验、模型模拟、数据同化和整合分析等方法研究全球变化对陆地生态系统过程的影响和反馈机制，主要的重点是地下生态系统过程,研究对象主要是湿地和森林生态系统。
应聘人员应具备以下基本条件：
⑴具有生态学相关专业博士学位,发表过较高水平SCI论文。
⑵具有较强的独立从事研究工作的能力和团队合作精神。
⑶有兴趣从事全球变化生态学研究，有相关工作经历者优先考虑。
⑷很强的英文阅读、写作、和交流能力。
