我们课题组的研究主要聚焦于细胞增殖过程中亚细胞结构的动态变化及其功能调控机制,特别关注中心体这一细胞中关键的微管组织中心。中心体在细胞分裂、分化及命运决定中发挥核心作用,并负责纤毛的生成。中心体功能的缺陷与多种神经系统遗传疾病(如小头畸形症和侏儒症)、纤毛病以及肿瘤的发生与发展密切相关。此外,我们的研究还涉及生物大分子相分离在细胞内动态调控中的功能机制。课题组综合运用生物化学,结构生物学,细胞生物学和遗传学等多学科手段,深入探究中心体在细胞分裂和纤毛生长中的作用机制,旨在解析细胞生命活动的基本规律及其在相关疾病中的病理机制。
个人简介
2011年获英国帝国理工大学学士学位,2016年获英国牛津大学病理学博士学位(Prof. Jordan Raff实验组,硕博连读)。此后在同实验室从事博士后研究。2017年入职香港科技大学,担任研究助理教授(张明杰院士实验室组),获选港科大高研院青年学人荣誉,领导主持香港研究资助局优配研究金项目。2021年入选上海Qianren计划,人才引进复旦大学生命科学院。同年获国家高层次人才项目支持。
