个人简介:

复旦大学生命科学学院特聘教授、附属中山医院双聘教授,博士研究生导师,现代人类学教育部重点实验室副主任。国家自然科学基金青年科学基金项目(A类)获得者。兼任国际组学数据质量控制(MAQC)学会副主席、MAQC学会中国分会主席、全国生物表型标准化工作组委员兼副秘书长、全国生物计量技术委员会委员等。

主要研究方向为多组学数据标准和质量控制,促进多组学技术在生物标志物和药靶发现中的可靠应用。作为共同PI领导研制国际首例“中华家系”(Quartet)1号多组学标准物质,获国家市场监督管理总局批准的国家一级标准物质12项,提出基于标准物质的多组学测量质量控制指标和比例定量(SRR)的数据整合方法,相关研究成果被自然专刊收录(www.nature.com/collections/ibadeahigd),获中国2023年度重要医学进展。已发表SCI论文90余篇,包括以通讯作者(含共同)发表Nature BiotechnologyNature CancerNature CommunicationsGenome Biology等;共同主编《大数据与精准医学》一书(2018)

2009年博士毕业于中国药科大学,先后在复旦大学药学院、生命科学学院担任讲师,20172月晋升副教授,20252月晋升长聘教职体系特聘教授。

 

Dr. Yuanting Zheng is a Distinguished Professor in the School of Life Sciences, Fudan University. Her research focuses on developing reference samples for multiomics quality control and data integration, thereby advancing the translational application of multiomics technologies in clinical settings. As a co-leader of the Multiomics Quartet project, she has contributed to reproducibility research and published in top-tier journals such as Nature Biotechnology and Genome Biology (www.nature.com/collections/ibadeahigd). Dr. Yuanting Zheng holds leadership roles as the vice president of the MAQC Society (https://themaqc.org/). Dr. Yuanting Zheng received her PhD in clinical pharmacology from China Pharmaceutical University.
