个人简介
女，博士，教授。1992年毕业于西北师范大学数学系，获学士学位；1995年毕业于兰州大学数学系应用数学专业，获硕士学位；2003年获兰州大学生态学专业理学博士学位。2003年12月至2006年2月在北京师范大学生命科学学院从事博士后研究，2006年11月至2007年10月在国家留学基金委和英国皇家学会资助下在University of Oxford从事合作研究。1995年6月至2012年9月在兰州大学先后任讲师、副教授和教授。2012年10月起任复旦大学生命科学学院教授。
主要研究方向 (Research Interests)
群落生态学。 主要研究内容为物种共存和多样性维持机制、生物多样性与生态系统功能。
获奖情况 (Awards)
2006入选教育部新世纪优秀人才计划，2009年分别获得甘肃省青年科技奖和兰州市青年科技奖。
