个人简介

女,博士,副教授,博士研究生导师。1992年获得武汉大学理学学士学位,2003年获得福建师范大学理学硕士学位,2006年获天津科技大学工学博士学位。2006-2008年进入复旦大学生命科学博士后流动站从事研究。2009年至今,复旦大学生命科学学院工作。2013-2014年,多伦多大学医学院,访问学者。主要从事病原微生物分子遗传学的相关研究。

 

主要研究方向 (Research Interests)

应用分子生物学与遗传学、微生物学、生物信息学、免疫学等技术手段,研究结核病相关的细菌毒力机制及其基因调控网络;研究结核潜伏感染过程中病原-宿主互作机制;构建验证新型抗结核BCG疫苗、亚单位疫苗并探索免疫机制。在此基础上发掘结核病分子诊断标识或药物靶标、新型抗结核疫苗。
