个人简介
男，1975年出生，博士，副教授，上海市生物信息学会理事。1994～2002年先后就读于复旦大学生命科学学院生物化学系及遗传学研究所，2002年获遗传学博士学位。2001～2005年任中国科学院基因组信息学南方基地暨杭州华大基因研发中心副主任兼生物信息部主管。2005年起任国家人类基因组南方研究中心副研究员、生物信息部常务主管。2008年起任复旦大学生命科学学院副教授。
研究方向
采用基因组学、生物信息学、分子进化及其它方法对寄生虫，以及寄生性真菌、细菌基因组进行研究，分析其基因组在进化上逐步形成的规律。包括重要基因家族的演变过程、次级代谢途径、分泌蛋白、转运蛋白、毒素形成以及它们与宿主在基因组水平的相互作用关系。
获奖情况
作为“中国杂交水稻基因组计划”研究集体成员获2003年度中国科学院杰出科技成就奖（2003’ Outstanding Science and Technology Achievement Prize of Chinese Academy of Sciences, as a member of The Chinese Superhybrid Rice Genome Project）。2003年获选杭州市新世纪优秀中青年科技人才（Selected as New Century Excellent Science and Technology Talents of Hangzhou in 2003）。“日本血吸虫基因组注释与寄生性适应研究的数据挖掘”获教育部2010年度高等学校科学研究优秀成果奖（自然科学一等奖，第一完成人。2010’ Outstanding Scientific Research Achievement Prize for Higher Learning Institutions of Ministry of Education, PRC, First Prize of Natural Sciences）。2010年获选上海市青年科技启明星（Sponsored by Shanghai Rising-Star Program in 2010）。
